Bitewing Social · for dental practices

Nine posts a month, in your colors, ready to post.

Made inside a working dental practice

Every health claim in these posts is traced to current guidelines or peer-reviewed literature, with a clickable link to each source so you can check it yourself. No other dental social agency does this. Your name is on every post, so that matters. Bitewing Social sends nine new posts a month, already made, already in your colors, with a ready caption under each, plus three stories you post once a week all year. Your front desk goes back to being your front desk, and nobody asks for your Instagram password.

What arrives each month

nine new posts a month · three stories for the year · in your chosen colors
Your link renews itselfOne private link. A new month opens on your billing date. Bookmark it and you are done.
Nobody logs into your accountsNo passwords handed over, no agency posting as you. You get the files and post them yourself, whenever suits.
Sourced, and checkableEvery health claim traced to a guideline or peer-reviewed paper, with a clickable link to the source in your folder, so you can check it yourself.
8Branded postsTwo a week, in your chosen colors. The words are already on the image, so posting one takes about twenty seconds.
1Seasonal postBack to school in August, Halloween in October, benefit reminders in November and December.
3Stories, for the yearVertical format, the thing most practices never get around to making. The same three all year: stories disappear after 24 hours, so one a week is a fresh post every time.
9+3Finished imagesIn two folders, one to post in your feed and one to post as a story. Nothing to write and nothing to design.
1Evidence sheetA file called "where these claims come from" that opens in any browser. Every health claim in the posts you have received, with the exact guideline or review wording behind it and a direct link. It ships inside each month's folder, covering that month's posts.

Where they go

  • Instagram feed and Stories
  • Facebook feed and Stories
  • Google Business Profile posts

Sized exactly right for each app. Squares are 1080 by 1080 and Stories are 1080 by 1920, so nothing gets cropped or blurred.

How it reaches you

Pay once at Stripe and this page hands you a private link. That link knows how many months you have paid for. Month one downloads straight away; each time your card renews, one more month opens at the same link. Come back whenever you like and everything you have paid for is there, so missing a month costs you nothing. Bookmark the link. That is the whole system.

Nothing to type, nothing to remember. No password, no account, no app.

1Step 1

Choose your colors

Use one of ours

Three house palettes, ready now. Pick one and see the preview below.

Pull from your logo

Drop a logo, a screenshot of your site, or a photo of your signage.

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored.

Reads JPG, PNG, WEBP and GIF. Some phone photos save as HEIC, which browsers can't open, and a plain black-on-white logo has no color to find. If it comes up empty, type your hex codes or pick one of ours.

Type your hex codes

If you already know them.

Prints on every post.

Your colors never leave your device. The logo reader and this preview run entirely in your browser; no image is uploaded and nothing is stored. Your details reach us only when you pay. After that, your posts are delivered to your private link.

How it looks on your profile

Your Practice
one month in

This is the part patients actually judge. A grid that looks composed reads as a practice that has its act together, and it does that work before anyone reads a word.

Every post is built from your colors, not dropped into a template with a logo pasted on. Change the palette above and the whole grid repaints.

Your year starts on your signup date and each month's order is set by your practice name, so no nearby practice is on the same post as you.

These sit well between your own photos of the team.

3Step 3

The stories

Vertical, sized for Instagram and Facebook Stories. They also work as a Google Business Profile post.

Questions

answered before you ask
How does the billing work?It is a subscription. You enter a card once at Stripe checkout and it is charged $300 on the same day each month until you cancel. Nothing to remember and no invoice to pay.
Who holds my card details?Stripe, not us. Payment happens on their page, not this one. We never see a card number.
How do I get next month's set?The same link, which we show you after your first download. A new set unlocks each time your subscription renews, and the link always holds everything you have paid for. If you do not open it for two months, both sets are waiting. Nothing you paid for expires.
How is this different from a content library or an agency?A library sends templates and ideas; someone in your office still has to fill them, write the caption and post. An agency needs your logins and posts as you. This is nine finished images in your colors with a ready caption under each. You post them yourself in about twenty seconds each. Nobody in your office designs anything and nobody outside it touches your accounts.
Do you need access to my accounts? No. We never see a password and never post as you. You get image files.
Do you post for me?No, and that is why it is $300 rather than four figures. Posting takes about twenty seconds an image, so the whole month is under five minutes.
Where do these go?Instagram feed and stories, Facebook feed and stories, and Google Business Profile posts. They arrive in two folders named for what to do with them.
Can I edit them? They arrive as images, so you can crop or add a sticker in any app. The words are already on the image, so there is nothing to write, but you can type whatever you like in the post field.
What if I don't like a post?Skip it. You choose what goes up. Nothing is scheduled or posted without you.
Will a practice near me be posting the same things? No. Your year starts on your signup date and each month's order is set by your practice name, so no nearby practice is on the same post as you. And every set is drawn in your own colors, so even the same post would not look the same.
Will this bring me new patients? We do not know, and nobody honestly does. It depends on your area, your reviews and your front desk. What we promise is nine new posts, in your colors, on time, every month, plus three stories for the year.
How do I cancel?Reply “cancel” to your welcome email or to any Stripe receipt; both reach us at [email protected]. It ends the same day. You keep every file already released to you. There is no notice period, no phone call, and nobody will try to change your mind.
What is the welcome email? The one email you get after paying, from [email protected], subject “Your Bitewing Social link”. It holds your private link and nothing else. Keep it: it is also where you reply to cancel or to ask anything.

Still stuck? Reply to the welcome email. It is a small team, so expect an answer within a day or two, not a call center.

The evidence sheet that ships with every download

Every claim comes with its source

This is the sheet that ships inside every month's folder. Each clinical statement in that month's posts is listed with the guideline, consensus statement or review it rests on, and a link you can click. One example — the post and its entry, side by side:

The difference, spelled out. Every health claim is traced to current guidelines (ADA, AAPD, IADT, NICE, WHO, EFP) or peer-reviewed literature, guidelines and systematic reviews first, with a clickable link to each source under the post's caption and on the sheet. A claim no adequate source supports is removed, not softened. No other dental social agency does this.

One post, and the line behind it

What the sheet says about this post

A knocked-out tooth is an emergency. Keep it in milk, not water.

International Association of Dental Traumatology consensus guidelines. Immediate replantation is best; otherwise store in milk, HBSS, saliva or saline in that order. Water is explicitly named a poor medium.

Fouad AF, Abbott PV, Tsilingaridis G, et al. Dent Traumatol 2020;36(4):331-342. PMID 32460393

Every post in the set has a line like this one.
